Power Yoga
Play with stronger poses and longer holds to build some heat and strengthen before coming back down to earth for a deep relaxation. You’ll leave feeling energised, empowered and chilled.
Open to all. Poses will have a range of modifications so the intensity is entirely up to you
Vinyasa
Wednesdays 7pm
Flow with the breath, exploring interesting transitions and deeper stretches. With more focus on joint mobility, flexibility and alignment this class is a great complement to other sports or the ideal antidote to a day at the desk.
